Nayabazar Home Stay established Family-Home-Stay for foreign
visitors looking for a less conventional but deeper cultural experience.
Family-Home-Stay provides ample opportunity toimmerse oneself in an authentic
joint family system – the Nepalese way.
Within the rhythm of this large loving family you share a
table and meal with young and old alike. Traditional Nepalese home cooked meals
are prepared in the kitchen from home grown organic vegetables. The Rai family
advocates cross-cultural experiences believing that together we can help
transform the world.
The Home is located on the North side of Kathmandu Valley
only 6 Km from Tribhuvan International Airport and 5 minuts walks from Thamel.
We make sure everyone involved in Home-stay can have a welcoming, safe and
enjoyable cultural experience. We welcome all travelers from around the world!
TARIFF
Single Bed with common bathroom:
$30 per night including breakfast.
Double Bed with common bathroom:
$40 per night including breakfast.
Student & Volunteers single rate-
$15 per night including breakfast and dinner Long Term.
$20 Per night including breakfast and dinner Short term.
Long-term rates are negotiable with good discount.
Note:-
– All visitors, please submit copy of passport.
– Please Provide Emergency Contact Number.
– Call Family home stays (FHS) if you are going to be late or not eating meal. Door locked at 10pm.
– FHS is a drug, tobacco and smoke free zone.
– Payment due weekly for lodging and all Extras.
– Tariff rates good until November 2015.

laundress: NRs. 20 per piece. | Washing machine wash: NRs. 500 per lot
Professional city guide: $25 per hour.
Airport pickup: $10 / Nrs 1000/- | Airport Drop : Nrs. 1000/-
